These terms apply to text messages sent by TV Mount Group (TV Mount Group Inc.) from our business number (323) 347-7888.

What we send

We text customers only about their own request: replies to quote requests, appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders before the visit, installer arrival updates and follow-up questions about the completed job. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you submit a quote request or the contact form on tvmountgroup.com, or when you tell us on a call that we may text you about your request.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
