This policy explains how TV Mount Group Inc. (“TV Mount Group”, “we”, “us”) handles information you share when you use tvmountgroup.com, request a quote or contact us. We are a TV mounting service based in Los Angeles, California.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Quote and booking requests: your name, phone number, email address, service address and ZIP Code, preferred date and arrival window, and the services and options you selected, including the quoted price.
- Contact form messages: your name, phone number and message.
- Calls and emails: anything you tell us when you call, text or email us.
The website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- to reply to your request, prepare and confirm your quote, and schedule the visit;
- to provide the service, send invoices or receipts, and handle warranty or follow-up questions;
- to keep business and tax records required by law;
- to protect our website and business against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms — delivers website form submissions to our email;
- Google Workspace — our business email;
- our phone service provider — business calls and texts;
- our website hosting provider — hosts this site;
- installers working with TV Mount Group — the details they need to complete your job.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and follow up on it, and as long as required for our business and tax records. After that we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing leads@tvmountgroup.com or calling (323) 347-7888. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Do Not Track
Because the website does not track you across other sites or over time, it does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not send payment card or other sensitive details through our forms.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
